This policy explains what information WEIHUI Cables collects through www.whcables.com, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed. It applies to this website; orders and shipments are also governed by the terms agreed in your quotation or contract.
Who we are
Jieyang Weihui E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (“WEIHUI Cables”, “we”) is a network cable manufacturer and exporter registered in Jieyang, Guangdong, China, at No. 2, Row 4, Fengjiang Industrial Zone, Fengjiang Town. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Information you send us. Through the inquiry forms we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, country and the message you write, so that we can quote and reply.
- Technical and source data. With each inquiry we also record the page and form you used, the page you landed on, the referring site, your IP address (used to derive the country), browser language, timezone, user-agent string, submission time and the campaign parameters present in the URL (UTM, gclid, fbclid).
- Usage data. We use Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful. These tools set cookies and record aggregated behaviour such as pages visited and approximate location at city level.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
- To keep a record of what was requested and what was agreed.
- To measure which pages and campaigns bring relevant buyers to the site.
- To protect the forms against spam and abuse. We use Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect hardware and software information.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site: Hostinger (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN and security), Google (analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so that we can support repeat orders, and are then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics property.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the inquiry data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site keeps working; analytics simply record less.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to inquiry data is limited to the export team that answers your request.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
